November 23rd please drop off your bottles and cans at the Holland Community Center from 9 am to 12 pm. The returns will allow us to add more wreaths to our cemetery on national Wreaths Across America Wreath Laying day on December 14th at 12 pm. The ceremony consists of 7 wreaths being placed at the cemetery, by living veterans. We include children in our ceremony, those children become our HOLLAND RED HAT BRIGADE, sharing what they have learned with others. It is a beautiful tribute to those who have served our country. Our goal with the bottle and can returns is to be able to work towards covering every veterans headstone at the cemetery with their own wreaths. Each wreath costs $15.
The December ceremony is held each year so we can take a moment to remember our deceased veterans during the holidays like they do at Arlington Cemetery. It gives a chance to HONOR the veterans, REMEMBER the families and TEACH the children for future generations.

Personal Donations and Business Donations towards wreaths are also accepted and appreciated.
