April is Financial Literacy Month and in a continuing commitment to educate the community, Springfield Partners for Community Action will be hosing a interactive financial literacy presentation. The session will be held on Tuesday, April 22, 2014, from 6 pm – 8 pm at 721 State Street, 2nd Floor conference room. Featuring two dynamic experts in the field, Mr. Matt Paradise, Certified Credit Counselor & Educator with the American Consumer Credit Counseling Agency will speak on Credit Literacy, Repair and Budgeting. Ms. Tynisha Henderson, Scholarship Program Officer with the Community Foundation of WMass will speak on; the Scholarship Application Process, Understanding Financial Aid, Managing Student Loan Debt and understanding Traditional vs Proprietary Schools.
