Speaker: Susan Waite, Town of Amherst’s Recycling Coordinator

Woodbury Room, Jones Library, Speaker Susan Waite, Amherst Recycling Coordinator. Open to the Public. The topic: The Unfinished Saga of Amherst Waste: Why evolution is essential and a foam ban is a good first step. Susan Waite’s prior experience includes years in retail management, a master’s degree in Training and Adult Education, and a career in human resources. Her position in Amherst focuses on public education, waste stream reduction, and general support of the Town’s transfer station and Recycling and Refuse Management Committee. Come join us to hear and discuss this important topic.
