According to the 2010 Massachusetts Birth Report, Holyoke had the highest teen birth rate in and Springfield had the 3rd highest teen birth rate in the state. These statistics show that teen pregnancy continues to be a persistent health concern. Teen pregnancy also has economic implications for teens, their families and our communities.
