Pair O’ Dice City Rollers vs. Bangor Roller Derby

Location: Amelia Park Outdoor Skate Court in Westfield, MA
Event Details: The Pair O’ Dice City Rollers are hosting a home bout against the Bangor Roller Derby team of Maine on Saturday, April 13th at Amelia Park in Westfield. Tailgating starts at 4 p.m., gates open at 5, and the first whistle is at 6. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children under 6. A limited amount of $25 VIP right rink-side tickets are also available. Admission is free for students who present their report card with straight A’s. In the event of rain, the bout will be held indoors at the South Middle School gymnasium in Westfield.
There will be snacks and refreshments available for purchase from the bake sale, as well as the vendors indoors at Amelia Park. During the event there will be face painting, dice toss, raffles, and halftime entertainment. Proceeds from this event are being donated to the National Breast Cancer Foundation through the Dirty Girl Women’s Mud Run Series. WMFQuiz of Valley Free Radio will be announcing the bout.

About Pair O’ Dice City Rollers: The Pair O’ Dice City Rollers are an all female, non-profit, member owned and operated roller derby team in Western Massachusetts. The city of Springfield endorses Pair O’ Dice as their official flat track roller derby team. Aside from the game, the team has a commitment to helping regional charitable organizations that serve local communities. The Pair O’ Dice mission is to promote female athleticism and empowerment through the sport of roller derby.
